Nick’s heart for elders began at a young age, when he and his grandfather would visit senior care homes together. Nick would tap dance while his grandfather sang with his barbershop quartet, creating joyful moments for residents. Those early experiences stayed with him and ultimately inspired him to found The Quail House in Las Vegas, a premier memory care community devoted to exceptional care.

Nick is a certified Medication Technician and Caregiver, with further training in Infection Control, HIPAA compliance, Chronic Illness, and Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. Nick also serves as an associate trainer with the Eden Alternative, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing quality of life for Elders and their care partners through education, consultation, and outreach. In early 2023, he earned the distinguished Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) credential, further strengthening his commitment to excellence in memory care.
